How much does UK delivery cost
We offer a free standard UK delivery service for all orders over £125 (ex VAT) to Mainland UK.
Standard delivery on all other orders is: £8.32 (ex VAT) to Mainland UK
For items weighing over 30kg, delivery is: £20 (ex VAT) to Mainland UK
What do I do if I haven’t received my parcel?
All orders placed on www.backshopsupplies.co.uk are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries are not carried out on a Saturday or Sunday or to PO Boxes. In the case of non-delivery you must notify us within 14 days from the date of the order. We will not accept any claims made outside of this time frame or where delivery is deemed to have been made.
How long does it take for Backshop Supplies to deliver?
Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days if your order is placed by 2 pm. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Delivery to other areas, including Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands and Republic of Ireland, may take longer. Current delivery timescales for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is 2-3 working days. Special order furniture/equipment delivery times may vary. If products are required urgently then please give your local store a call as they may be offering a Call & Collect service.

Yes, all prices on the website are trade prices.
How do I register for a trade card to enable me to shop in-store?
You’ll need to visit your local store with identification and proof of your qualifications in the hair or beauty industry. To shop online, please follow the online registration process.
When is your next VAT free sale?
We have VAT Free sales throughout the year. If you want to know when our next one is then please follow us on social media or sign up to our emails.
During our VAT Free Sale, you’ll still be charged VAT (as that’s the law!) but the total amount you pay is as if we had not charged it. For example, if a product normally sells for £100.00 (excluding VAT) the total you normally pay is £120.00 (including VAT). When we have a VAT Free Sale, we discount the price down to £83.33 (excluding VAT) so the total you pay is £100.00 (including VAT), which is the same as the normal selling price, but without the VAT.
The VAT Free (equivalent) discount is 16.67% as it is applied to the pre-VAT price of the goods.
