Registration/Login

An account can be registered while placing an order. During the checkout process please select create an account. This will register your details and allow you to login in the future.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or make any amendments to the order

Please first check that the promotional code has been entered exactly as displayed, with no spaces. You cannot use the same promotion twice if you have used this promo code before it will not be redeemable. We often have minimum spends and terms and conditions on our promotions, please check the terms and conditions for your offer to ensure that you qualify.
Please note that offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals.

We offer no guarantees on promotions and discounts each month. Please make sure your marketing preferences are up to date and you will always be the first to know.

Payments

We accept payments by all major Credit and Debit cards, as well as Paypal.

Delivery

We offer a free standard UK delivery service for all orders over £125 (ex VAT) to Mainland UK.
Standard delivery on all other orders is: £8.32 (ex VAT) to Mainland UK
For items weighing over 30kg, delivery is: £20 (ex VAT) to Mainland UK

All orders placed on www.backshopsupplies.co.uk are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries are not carried out on a Saturday or Sunday or to PO Boxes. In the case of non-delivery you must notify us within 14 days from the date of the order. We will not accept any claims made outside of this time frame or where delivery is deemed to have been made.

Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days if your order is placed by 2 pm. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Delivery to other areas, including Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands and Republic of Ireland, may take longer. Current delivery timescales for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is 2-3 working days. Special order furniture/equipment delivery times may vary. If products are required urgently then please give your local store a call as they may be offering a Call & Collect service.

Returns

Please note you must organise the return of any items at your expense, unless an item is faulty or incorrect due to an error by Backshop Salon Supplies. In this instance your item will either be collected or postage will be refunded. For further information please read our delivery and returns policy.

We regret we cannot accept returns of various types of non-faulty products:

Any items of a sanitary nature (eg needles, syringes etc.)

Any specially manufactured products made to order.

For some items purchased we may ask the manufacturer to contact you directly to establish the nature of the fault and then depending on the fault we will either organise a repair or replacement or in some instances ask you to liaise with the manufacturer directly.
